Swansea is located on the North West shore of Great Oyster Bay, south of the Coles Bay turn off. The town has several historic buildings one of which is the Morris' General Store which was built around 1838. It has been in operation for more than 100 years. It also offers swimming and surfing.
West of Swansea, towards Lake Leake, the Lost and Meetus Falls are worth the while getting side tracked.
